1. Twenty years of experience across three markets
She began her professional journey in 2006 in London, where she created and still successfully runs ETB London, specialising in investment advisory and property management. It was there that she built the foundations that today form the essence of Samaya Estates: an approach based on long-term relationships, intuition, and the knowledge of how to combine strategic thinking with the real needs of people and places.
2. Discovering the potential of the Spanish market
During the pandemic, she and her daughters decided to spend a few months on the Costa Blanca. That period turned into a natural, regular presence in a region that proved to offer much more than beautiful views, a balance between life closer to nature and access to international education in a multicultural environment. Today, Edyta combines family and professional life across three countries.
3. A unique network of specialists
It was there, working with local agents and developers, that she built a unique network of specialists, relationships with lawyers, contractors, and financial advisors that remain one of the foundations of Samaya Estates’ quality to this day.
